Terms of service

Ordering from naramu.store means agreeing to these terms. They're short, and written to be actually read.

Who you're buying from

naramu.store is operated by Naramu Designs, a one-desk print studio. Contact: hello@naramu.store.

Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when you get the order confirmation. Payment is processed by Stripe in USD. Prices include the product only — shipping is quoted and added at checkout, and any import duties or taxes your country charges at the border are yours.

Every item is printed on demand by our production partners after you order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping; shipping estimates are shown at checkout and are estimates, not promises — carriers gonna carrier.

Pricing & mistakes

If a listing has an obvious error — a $0.99 poster, a description that's plainly wrong — we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than honor the mistake. We'll tell you when that happens.

Artwork & intellectual property

The designs sold here are Naramu Designs originals. Buying a print buys you the physical object — not the right to reproduce, resell, or merchandise the artwork. Fan works reference their source material transformatively; all trademarks belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation with or endorsement by any rights holder is claimed.

Returns

The full policy lives at Refunds & reprints: free reprint or refund for damaged, misprinted, or lost orders reported within 14 days; no change-of-mind returns on made-to-order goods, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version live when you order is the one that applies to that order.
