How an order works, start to wall.
Shipping
Every order leaves within 2–5 business days, with tracking by email. Shipping is calculated at checkout. 25+ countries, one shopkeeper.
Double-check your address before you pay, including any apartment, suite or unit number. If a carrier sends an order back because the address was incomplete or incorrect, resending it is at your cost (details).
Returns & reprints
Arrived damaged or misprinted? Contact me at hello@naramu.store within 14 days with your order number and a photo. If it was damaged or lost in shipping, you get a free reprint or a refund. No forms, no shipping it back. We can’t take returns for a change of mind. Choose slowly, hang proudly. Full policy: Refunds & reprints.
Sizes & papers
Posters come in ten sizes from 6"×8" to 24"×32", on matte, semi-glossy or fine-art paper. Phone cases are dual-layer, in a glossy or matte finish, for most iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models.
The short version: we collect what an order needs, we don't sell it, and there's no creepy tracking. The long version follows.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and what you bought. Payment happens entirely on Stripe; your card number never touches our servers, and we never see it.
When you join the newsletter: your email address. That's it. It's stored with Stripe, the same place order records live, and only used to send you news about new drops. Want off the list? Reply to any email or write to hello@naramu.store and you're removed.
When you browse: your bag lives in your own browser's storage, not on our servers. We use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics and the Pinterest tag to see which pages people visit, how the site performs, and which Pinterest pins lead to orders. The Pinterest tag tells Pinterest which pages you viewed and what you bought, so a visit can be traced back to a pin. Nothing is sold to anyone.
What we do with it
We use order details to print and deliver what you bought, answer your emails about it, and honor the reprint policy. We share your name and shipping address with the service providers who prepare and deliver your order. That's the only sharing there is. Nobody's data is sold, rented, or traded, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter emails stay until you unsubscribe, one click, at the bottom of any email.
Your rights
Want a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion? Email hello@naramu.store and it happens. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, this is your GDPR right; everywhere else, it's just how we operate anyway.
Cookies
Google Analytics and the Pinterest tag set cookies to count visits and attribute orders (see Google's privacy policy and Pinterest's privacy policy), and both only load if you say yes to the cookie bar; declining changes nothing about how the shop works. Vercel's analytics are cookieless. Stripe sets what it needs for secure checkout and fraud prevention during payment, covered by Stripe's privacy policy. Changed your mind? Clear this site's data in your browser and the bar asks again.
Children
The shop isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully, the date below changes with it. Continued use after that means the new version applies.
Ordering from naramu.store means agreeing to these terms. They're short, and written to be actually read.
Who you're buying from
naramu.store is operated by Naramu Designs, a one-desk print studio. Contact: hello@naramu.store.
Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when you get the order confirmation. Payment is processed by Stripe in USD. Prices include the product only; shipping is quoted and added at checkout, and any import duties or taxes your country charges at the border are yours.
Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days before shipping; shipping estimates are shown at checkout and are estimates, not promises. Carriers gonna carrier.
Your shipping address
You're responsible for giving us a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, suite or unit number. We check US addresses against USPS records before printing, and if something looks off we may hold your order and ask you to confirm it, but we can't catch every error.
If a carrier can't deliver your order because the address you entered was incomplete or incorrect, and the package is returned to sender or lost as a result, the cost of getting it to you again is yours. That means paying the shipping to send the returned item out again or, if the carrier doesn't return it, the cost of a replacement print plus shipping. We'll confirm the corrected address and the exact amount with you before anything is sent. Orders returned or lost because of an address entered incorrectly at checkout aren't covered by our free reprint policy.
Pricing & mistakes
If a listing has an obvious error, like a $0.99 poster or a description that's plainly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than honor the mistake. We'll tell you when that happens.
Artwork & intellectual property
The designs sold here are Naramu Designs originals. Buying a print buys you the physical object, not the right to reproduce, resell, or merchandise the artwork. Fan works reference their source material transformatively; all trademarks belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation with or endorsement by any rights holder is claimed.
Returns
The full policy lives at Refunds & reprints: free reprint or refund for orders damaged or lost in shipping and reported within 14 days, and anything else reviewed case by case; no change-of-mind returns, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version live when you order is the one that applies to that order.

What happens if something goes wrong with your order, and what can't be undone once it ships.
Damaged or lost in shipping
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or doesn't arrive at all, email hello@naramu.store within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo of the damage, including the packaging. You get a free reprint, or a full refund if you'd rather. Your choice. No forms, no shipping anything back.
Misprinted or something else wrong
If the print itself doesn't look right, contact me at hello@naramu.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. I'll look at it and get back to you with what can be done. Reprints and refunds are guaranteed only for damage or loss in shipping; anything else is decided case by case. This doesn't cover orders returned or lost because the shipping address entered at checkout was incomplete or incorrect; see Terms.
Wrong size or model ordered
Caught a mistake before we've sent it to print? Email fast and we'll fix the order. Once it's being prepared, we can't change or cancel it. The size and paper chips in the bag exist precisely to prevent this moment.
Change of mind
We can't take returns for a change of heart, so choose slowly, hang proudly. Not sure about a size? The size guide on every poster draws each one to scale.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are refunded when an order was damaged or lost in shipping.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that can't be waived. If local law grants you more than this policy does, local law wins.
