How an order works, start to wall.
Shipping
Every order is printed when you place it, by the print partner nearest to you, and ships in 2–5 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout. 25+ countries, one shopkeeper.
Returns & reprints
Arrived damaged or misprinted? Send a photo within 14 days and a fresh one gets printed, free. No forms, no shipping it back. Because every print is made to order, we can’t take returns for a change of mind. Choose slowly, hang proudly. Full policy: Refunds & reprints.
Sizes & papers
Posters come in ten sizes from 6"×8" to 24"×32", on matte, semi-glossy or fine-art paper. Phone cases are dual-layer, in a glossy or matte finish, for most iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models.
The short version: we collect what an order needs, we don't sell it, and there's no creepy tracking. The long version follows.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and what you bought. Payment happens entirely on Stripe; your card number never touches our servers, and we never see it.
When you join the newsletter: your email address. That's it.
When you browse: your bag lives in your own browser's storage, not on our servers. We use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics and the Pinterest tag to see which pages people visit, how the site performs, and which Pinterest pins lead to orders. The Pinterest tag tells Pinterest which pages you viewed and what you bought, so a visit can be traced back to a pin. Nothing is sold to anyone.
What we do with it
We use order details to print and deliver what you bought, answer your emails about it, and honor the reprint policy. We share your name and shipping address with the production and delivery partners who physically make and ship your order. That's the only sharing there is. Nobody's data is sold, rented, or traded, ever.
How long we keep it
Order records stay as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter emails stay until you unsubscribe, one click, at the bottom of any email.
Your rights
Want a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion? Email hello@naramu.store and it happens. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, this is your GDPR right; everywhere else, it's just how we operate anyway.
Cookies
Google Analytics and the Pinterest tag set cookies to count visits and attribute orders (see Google's privacy policy and Pinterest's privacy policy), and both only load if you say yes to the cookie bar; declining changes nothing about how the shop works. Vercel's analytics are cookieless. Stripe sets what it needs for secure checkout and fraud prevention during payment, covered by Stripe's privacy policy. Changed your mind? Clear this site's data in your browser and the bar asks again.
Children
The shop isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes meaningfully, the date below changes with it. Continued use after that means the new version applies.
Ordering from naramu.store means agreeing to these terms. They're short, and written to be actually read.

Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when you get the order confirmation. Payment is processed by Stripe in USD. Prices include the product only; shipping is quoted and added at checkout, and any import duties or taxes your country charges at the border are yours.
Every item is printed on demand by our production partners after you order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping; shipping estimates are shown at checkout and are estimates, not promises. Carriers gonna carrier.
Pricing & mistakes
If a listing has an obvious error, like a $0.99 poster or a description that's plainly wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than honor the mistake. We'll tell you when that happens.
Artwork & intellectual property
The designs sold here are Naramu Designs originals. Buying a print buys you the physical object, not the right to reproduce, resell, or merchandise the artwork. Fan works reference their source material transformatively; all trademarks belong to their respective owners, and no affiliation with or endorsement by any rights holder is claimed.
Returns
The full policy lives at Refunds & reprints: free reprint or refund for damaged, misprinted, or lost orders reported within 14 days; no change-of-mind returns on made-to-order goods, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version live when you order is the one that applies to that order.

Every piece is printed when you order it. That's why it exists at all, and why the policy works the way it does.
Damaged, misprinted, or lost
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't arrive at all, email hello@naramu.store within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo of the problem. You get a free reprint, or a full refund if you'd rather. Your choice. No forms, no shipping anything back.
Wrong size or model ordered
Caught a mistake before we've sent it to print? Email fast and we'll fix the order. Once it's in production it's being made specifically for you, so we can't change or cancel it. The size and paper chips in the bag exist precisely to prevent this moment.
Change of mind
Because every print and case is made to order, we can't take returns for a change of heart: there's no warehouse to send it back to; the thing was manufactured because you asked for it. Choose slowly, hang proudly.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are refunded when the problem was ours (damage, misprint, loss).
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that can't be waived. If local law grants you more than this policy does, local law wins.
